Rudy Giuliani has been ordered to surrender his assets/personal property (including interests in his Madison Ave. co-op apartment and his 1980 Mercedes Benz) to the former Georgia election workers who successfully sued him for defamation and obtained a nearly $150 million judgment. https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.626017/gov.uscourts.nysd.626017.62.0.pdf Federal Judge Lewis Liman also said that Giuliani had to turn over his grandfather's watch but added that could be avoided if he could show it's worth less than $1,000. Liman refrained from ordering transfer of Giuliani's Palm Beach condo pending litigation (a restraining order prevents Giuliani from selling or attempting to sell the property). He also held off on ordering the transfer of three World Series rings, which Giuliani's son Andrew said were gifted to him in 2018.
