This is Frederick. He was found as a stray with a dislocated hip and heartworm. We were able to cover all of his care thanks to a donation from @seescandies. He had surgery to repair his hip, and once he completes his heartworm treatment, he’ll be ready to find a forever home ❤️‍🩹
