Khamenei's likely strategy: Reluctantly accept any deal Trump puts in front of him. Promise to close Fordow, end enrichment. Promise anything. Then drag his feet, quibble, slow-walk, reneg. Trump isn't in office forever. Then, restart the program. We can't let this happen.
