Yes Alkhatib advocating that Palestinians abandon their refugee status and that UNRWA be shuttered gives the game away. This is not even an anti Hamas position, it is an extremely minority opinion in Palestine, it’s pure Likudite dogma, and does nothing but starve Palestinians.
