I really wanted to just ignore this nonsense, but the idea that flying the pine tree flag is an example of “ethical misconduct” is insane and makes it rather obvious this is more about trying to discredit the court majority than actual concerns about judicial ethics.

This incident is yet another example of apparent ethical misconduct by a sitting justice, and it adds to the Court’s ongoing ethical crisis. Justice Alito must recuse himself immediately from cases related to the 2020 election and the January 6th insurrection.
