Why can’t Hamas’ benefactors in Qatar and Iran fund the reconstruction instead of only funding the terrorism that leads to destruction? Or, even better, pursue the Hamas assets being protected in Turkey and Qatar, then use that money (which was already stolen from Palestinians).
