But have you considered that if you get rid of UNRWA there will be no one to hand the aid over to Hamas so they can resell it at markup to Palestinians or provide Hamas members dual salaries or perpetuate the conflict via indoctrination? That part is irreplaceable.

The UN wants you to believe that the agency that handles only 13% of aid going into Gaza is irreplaceable.
