People might want to ask themselves why UNWRA rejects for Israel to provide direct security to aid convoys. It’s a very obvious reason based on where that aid has been going. The press has ignored this story from the start, but there’s a reason Hamas has not only taken plenty of aid for themselves but also made billions since the war started on reselling the free aid to hungry Palestinians. The problem for UNWRA now is their arrangement with Hamas has been upended now by local gangs unrelated to Hamas also stealing the aid.
