It’s very difficult to fire Professors with tenure, but they forced her out here to limit their liability. Columbia has by far the worst examples of Title XI violations among major universities. The open discrimination by faculty is well documented. Getting rid of a few of the most blatant examples is them trying to prepare a legal defense to claim they took action.
