Just an embarrassing display. I have never seen an opposition party look so weak and out of touch. They didn't have the sense to deviate and clap for a kid with cancer or the capture of a terrorist who killed Americans. None of this behavior won them points with regular voters.

Have been in the House chamber for the speech as I have for many. Have not seen an opposition party mount a protest like tonight. House and Senate Democratic leaders didn’t join the escort committee for the president. Dems turned their back on him when he entered the chamber
