The refusal to execute top terrorists was one of the most idiotic and inexplicable policies of any government in the world. Especially when combined with the policy to then release those same terrorists in exchanges for hostages.

Israel hasn’t used the death penalty for terrorists in over six decades, even though thousands of Jews were slaughtered by Palestinians. It appears a change is about to take place. At least 22 of the thousands of Gazans who terrorized Israel on October 7 are set to be hanged.
