A lot of revisionism occurring about the nuclear negotiations. The reason this is all happening is it became clear to Trump and everyone involved that the Islamic Republic was just using the talks as cover to rush towards a bomb. Significantly increasing their highly-enriched uranium stockpile while also cutting off IAEA access after the May 31st report. Trump publicly announced on June 10th (around the same time he signed off on Israeli strikes which started June 13th) that they had become “much more aggressive” in the talks instead of giving up concessions.
