Interesting, sounds tough but also data access in HC is going to be harder, so not totally surprised. I feel like the AI in Operations movement really took off with GPT-3 (after you got acquired) and before that was just crazy heavy on the data/analytics/cloud side (which is the DNB hockey stick of Netflix, Airbnb, Pinterest, etc).
