Netanyahu’s office says he spoke with French President Macron and “expressed strong opposition to the establishment of a Palestinian state,” adding that it would represent “a huge reward for terrorism.” According to the statement, Netanyahu told Macron that to this day, not one Palestinian official—including the PA—has condemned the October 7 massacre, while the PA continues educating children that they should aim to eradicate Israel, “and financial rewards are being given to murderers of Jews.” The statement continued: “The Prime Minister told the French President that a Palestinian state established minutes away from Israeli cities would be a stronghold of Iranian terrorism.”
