If a condom is not displayed - actually shown worn correctly is ideal - then this will influence against condom use. * At an HIV conference, male delegates must wear a condom full-time and visibly. Women must wear a chastity belt, on the same visible and 24/7 basis. Anyone falling short of these protocols gets shouted out of the research space.
