When I was a kid, 10% was standard. By the time I was a young adult, it was 15-20%, and now it’s 20-25%. At some point this has to stop; people are not going to give their servers the full price of the meal unless the meal itself costs practically nothing.

As a former service worker that has always been an excellent tipper, I have tipping fatigue and the entitled culture regarding it isn’t helping. I’m not tipping you 30%.
