I’m relieved that Israel will be ramping up efforts to provide humanitarian aid directly to Palestinian civilians in Gaza. It is horrific that Hamas continues its refusal to reach a ceasefire agreement with Israel. Now is the time to maximize pressure on Hamas to end the war.
