NYPD lays out charges: “For the individuals that are inside the Hamilton Hall building, [they’ll be] charged with burglary in the third degree, criminal mischief and trespassing. The individuals that are on campus outside, they will be charged with trespassing and disorderly conduct” Per a memo from Columbia, students who took over Hamilton Hall are now facing expulsion.
