Qatar says there is no clear timeline for when negotiations between Israel and Hamas will resume for the next phase of the hostage-ceasefire deal. Under the terms of the current agreement, discussions on on Phase Teo are to begin no later than the 16th day of Phase One, which is tomorrow. The second phase is supposed to see the release of all remaining living hostages, a permanent ceasefire, and the full withdrawal of Israeli forces from Gaza.
