An immigration judge in Louisiana has given the federal government until tomorrow to provide its evidence against Mahmoud Khalil, the Columbia University student arrested for fomenting unrest on campus. The judge added that if the evidence against Khalil does not support his removal, she will terminate the case on Friday.
