Being completely honest, looking at the polls of Palestinians and their support for Hamas and enthusiasm to start yet another war with Israel, the logic of rebuilding Gaza for the dozenth time escapes me. Why pretend we’re not gonna be right back here in 15 years? They start a war; Israel defends itself. The world condemns them for it. This is the truth. They don’t want peace. And they care less about their children’s lives than killing Israelis. If you’re okay with continuing this horror, without a serious plan to deeadicalize them, fine. I get that it’s messy. But just be honest that you’re okay with contractors getting rich and more Palestinian civilians as meat for the machine.
