One of the problems with dismantled medical safeguarding for trans healthcare is the expanded pool of people don’t respond to the treatments well. And it puts everyone’s healthcare at risk. Every surgery, every medical intervention improved my life. But, I’m also the thing in the medical textbook. I don’t have autism. I am not “nonbinary.” We know it works for people like me, have very little evidence for anyone else.
