I'm not going to spend the day dwelling on it, but the level of trans hate unleashed in the discourse is truly breathtaking. I've never seen degradation and dehumanization like this - and I grew up in Mississippi in the 80s and 90s. This is so ugly. So hateful. It's not about any policy - it just raw contempt. You've become the worst versions of yourselves. History will not look kindly on this moment.
