This is literally the law in California, New York, Washington, Colorado, Illinois and Massachusetts. These states asses your legal sex based on self-ID, not surgery status. Literally just check a box on a form. Trans women with penises have every right to be in front of women naked in locker rooms, and even children. Now look. I understand that some trans women don’t want vaginoplasty. I can’t understand it, but I respect it. But when you marry non-op with a trans culture that has traded COEXISTENCE with women to a culture of ENTITLEMENT (Those stickers that say, “A trans woman peed here”) it is repeatedly leading to situations that make normal women feel unsafe. We need public policy that balances the rights of normal women with the rights of trans women to participate in society. To me, that means obvious compromises like you have no right to be in a women’s locker room if you have a cock.
