One of the most effective safeguards we can build into trans policy is something no one wants to talk about: CHEMICAL CASTRATION. Predators don’t endure burdens that offer no payoff. If someone’s motivation is sexual access, voyeurism, or control, they are not going to ✅ Undergo long-term clinical oversight ✅ Lose erections, libido, and fertility ✅ Commit to irreversible bodily changes that destroy the gratification loop Anti-androgens and estrogen for 6 to 12 months is not cosplay! It destroys male sexual function. For a sex pervert, it would break the reward mechanism of predation. Self ID has no guardrails. A medicalized system filters intent without anyone needing to guess motive. Women’s safety matters to me. Why not return to the model that worked for decades? It gave trans women access to real care, and it built public trust with the women we are asking to share public accommodations with. And just to get real with you? Actual trans women welcome the castrating effects of anti-androgens. The push to abandon that by many in the “new trans” cohort? That should tell you something about who’s being included now.
