Trans women deserve dignity, health care, safety, and access to public life. But we need to start telling the truth. We retain biological advantages even after HRT, and inclusion isn’t always fairness. Acknowledging that doesn’t make us less valid, it makes us respectful of the women we’re asking to include us and accept us.
