This data never ceases to "amaze" me. In 2005, very few people received any transition related genital surgery (120 over the whole of 🇩🇪), in 2025 it was 4,184. And the shift in the age distribution is staggering: Surgeries on 18-25 year olds were almost non-existent in the noughties, now they dominate every other age group by a large factor.
