Up to 6,000 new homes are planned for northwest Las Vegas in the coming years! 🏠 A new master-planned community, Monument Hills, will help bring more housing to our growing city, with homes planned across a range of market segments. 📈 The project is moving forward after years of work by the city and Nevada’s federal delegation to acquire the land from the Bureau of Land Management and make it available for development.
