5/ The list above represents maximum defensive preparation. It should be noted that a number of lines are incomplete; they often lack dragon's teeth or one or two anti-tank ditches. The "light" version of this line consists of just a single anti-tank ditch and 4 rows of barbed wire and loose wire. It should also be noted that additionnal barbed wire is being installed everywhere on the fields to protect positions are extend the "kill zone".
