BREAKING: US reports a new, ALL TIME LOW for COVID test positivity of 1.12%, for the 3rd consecutive week. The Southeast region has the largest positivity spike since New Year's week, albeit with a significant drop in testing. The East Coast regions, sans New England were still lower in the last year.
