Verily revises UP the West region to 16.9, and the prior day to 17.1, highest since Feb 25 after revisions. WWscan has the West at 19 still, highest since Feb 21. WWscan downgrades the SOUTH region back to MEDIUM. Both the South and West crossed above the Northeast and Midwest which recently hit multi year lows. The Northeast bounced back to double digits.
