If one is infected, and testing positive after 90+ days, I wonder how many new mutations may have been gained in that time..

@CyFi10 More likely this is the same infection, whose symptoms waned, but which never entirely went away. You see this in some chronic case studies. Patient hospitalized, gets better, later returns to the hospital, in a repeating cycle, w/genetic evidence showing it's the same infection.
