Young, starry-eyed State Department employees turned taxpayer dollars into a woke global slush fund—funneling millions into DEI projects instead of prioritizing national security and strategic partnerships. Congress may fund the State Department, but it’s the administration that decides how those dollars are spent. Now, with Secretary Rubio serving as Acting Director of USAID, I’m confident he’ll bring accountability to our foreign aid spending and refocus the State Department on real diplomacy.
