Oh cool. Trans folk now blocked from obtaining Visas to enter the US under new guidance. The beginning of LGBT travel restrictions. (Anti-marriage bill already filed). THIS is what our government thinks is the most pressing issue facing the state department -- denying visas to people who look wrong. Note: while supposedly about "athletes" (the memo is called '“Guidance for Visa Adjudicators on Executive Order 14201: ‘Keeping Men Out of Women’s Sports,’”') they are just used as an example here. It's quite clear this applies to ALL visas to enter the United States. This also isn't some "future policy" this is current guidance as issued.
