The Panel hereby GRANTS judgment in favor of Plaintiff Hunt on her claim that the Senate plan is unconstitutional and the Senate plan is hereby struck down...
In light of the foregoing, the Panel DETERMINES that the foregoing majority decisions of the Panel are hereby implemented as follows:
I. Under Tenn. Code Ann.§ 28-18-I0S(a), the Tennessee General Assembly will have until January 31, 2024 to adopt a Senate plan that complies with the state constitutional requirement that the Senate districts be consecutively numbered.
