@StefanFSchubert @joseazar @jburnmurdoch Sorry, that was a bit telegraphic. I'm referring to the view that Higher Ed is mostly about sorting/classifying rather than training. On that view, expansion of HE will reduce grad premiums because it weakens the signal. That looks broadly right for the UK; less clear for the US
