Breaking from @luketress: @PalestineChron and @RamzyBaroud sued by former hostages Almog Meir Jan, Andrey Kozlov and Shlomi Ziv, who were held hostage by one of its "journalists"—who was actually a Hamas terrorist. Jan initially filed the lawsuit alone last year. Last month, the judge moved to dismiss it but allowed an amended complaint. On Friday, Jan refiled, adding Kozlov and Ziv as plaintiffs. According to the amended complaint, Ziv said Aljamal “repeatedly expressed his hatred for the State of Israel and the United States,” and told the hostages that “Hamas was in contact and actively coordinating with its affiliates in the media and on college campuses.”
