2nd- USMS took Jeremy on a diesel trip to two KY county jails when he had never been in any BOP custody to be returned to. Nobody answering a jail or USMS call could provide any authorization. Jeremy fell 100% under the pardon and DOJ especially Tampa USAO sat mute
