Week 3 of school and the kids are already out for “strep.” The new rule allows only 5 excused absences per semester. A doctor’s note changes nothing. Most parents are forced to send them back while still contagious. Schools are packed with children who never gave willing consent to become the glorified Covid superspreaders. They still have to eat and drink. One way masking fails, especially if you are already immunocompromised from Covid. Most kids fight the mask because they want to fit in. Our own families call masking “child abuse” and refuse to stand with us. Teachers and staff will not enforce it or will not allow it at all. Their tainted belief systems win every single time. Parents do not choose this. Most are forced to work. Bills do not care about your health. Neither does child protection services. Inflation since 2020 already made survival brutal. There is no safe option left. This system is designed so kids and parents get Covid no matter what. A HEPA purifier sat in the classroom and families still got sick. Parents are not failing. They are being set up to fail. Parents just keep getting the same broken answers that protect the system instead of the kids. The masses who are being sacrificed in this, deserve better. I will not ever stop fighting for them.
