Israel will capitulate to Hamas in this deal and will lose the war because Hamas and global Islamic Jihad have created a blueprint; if you kidnap innocent civilians then the West will give you what you want. Islamic jihad’s ultimate weapon is their patience. Today the ADL reports that almost half of adults today hold antisemitic views. Hamas won every element of this war; from dividing Israeli society, to crippling the security and confidence of the Jewish state, to creating worldwide hatred of the Jewish people. We did not lose the war on October 7. We lost the war every single day that Western leaders and the UN allowed a terrorist organization to have legitimacy as a negotiator. There should never have been deals for human life. And every soldier has died for nothing.
