I gotta admit this sort of stuff annoys me. It presumes North Carolina is getting nothing. Between federal money, state money, insurance, etc. North Carolina will be taken care of. There are objections to funding Ukraine that are valid. To presume funding Ukraine means not funding domestic needs is fear mongering nonsense.
