There are no barriers for aid transfers across the Gaza Strip. UN agencies can coordinate them, and they’ll get through if the security situation allows (still an active war zone where Hamas is fighting out of urban areas and hijacking aid).

This Friday, we managed to reach Al Ahli hospital in #Gaza city. Food is insufficient for patients and doctors alike. Without electricity, patients must bring their own fuel for surgeries to power operation rooms. We must have regular, safe access to the north to support them.
