The argument that Israel owes Hamas Gaza electricity because Israel "occupies" Hamas Gaza is ridiculous. It presumes Israel has "effective control" in territory controlled by the enemy. Newsflash: if Israel had effective control of Gaza, Hamas couldn't have built those tunnels.
