The maths don’t lie. The amount of #fluoride in a pea-sized amount of toothpaste is the same amount of fluoride in an 8 oz glass of fluoridated tap water. If you swallow this amount of fluoride in your toothpaste, the FDA instructs you to call poison control. If you swallow this amount of fluoride in your water, the CDC insists it’s “safe & effective” and you’re a reality-denying conspiracy theorist if you think otherwise. Make it make sense.
