I went downtown today to pick up one of my books. I was unable to tell whether I was in a Canadian city or in Raqqa, Syria. It was beautiful and uplifting to see a majority of women veiled. A wonderful sign of feminist liberation from the male gaze. Thank you @francoislegault from protecting us from the real enemy...the English language.
