A surge of loadings at Iraq's Basrah, with nearly 11m bbls on 7 tankers, per Kpler. FWIW a few days ago, Iran and Iraq announced an agreement whereby Iraq could ship oil through the strait of Hormuz. Unclear if the two are related, tho.
