I watched this twice, and while Cooper says the US has cleared mines in the TSS, he does not say they have cleared *all* the mines. And while he describes the TSS, he then says that "international shipping lanes" are open...without specifying *which* lane he's referring to. ("Open" and "mine-free" are not the same thing, incidentally).
