A few moments ago a close friend of mine, who had told me he was going to vote for Biden because he was such a good friend of Israel, texted me to say that after Biden’s unequivocal threat to withhold needed arms from Israel due to the Rafah operation, he was definitely voting for Donald Trump. Meanwhile in an interview on Radio Galei Israel this morning I was asked about the Biden threat. I reminded the interviewer that I have been predicting this would happen along with even worse scenarios as the November election approaches. The Dems and the Biden Administration are in a panic mode given Biden historically low approval ratings and the need to appease the radical left Democratic base who have turned Israel and support for Hamas into a national protest movement that is not only anti-Israel, anti-Zionist and anti-Semitic, it is also neo-Marxist and anti-American. Stabbing Israel in the back in the midst of an existential war is how the Biden Administration thinks it can energize its base which is at best apathetic and at worst antagonistic to the sitting President. Biden and the Dems have consistently miscalculated in their attempt to derail President Trump’s re-election campaign and prevent a GOP victory in 2024. Their betrayal of Israel will not sit well with an American electorate who overwhelmingly support Israel in its struggle against Palestinian terror.
