The ADL recently conducted a landmark study where they sent 3,000 job applications. Identical resumes were sent out with one marked change; the name of the person applying. The ADL found that resumes with the name Rebecca Cohen were rejected at a higher rate than ones with the name Kristen Miller. Resumes with the Israeli name Lia Avraham were rejected at an even greater rate than Rebecca Cohen. This means that Jews will have to send 24.2% more resumes in order to get a positive response, and Israelis will have to send 39.0%. This study is direct proof that Jews and Israelis face discrimination in the job market, in addition to the discrimination and violence perpetrated in every day life. Yet people like Hasan Piker will still laugh away Jew hunts because Jews "have it better" and "antisemitism isn't a problem." They probably won't even read this study because it was conducted by a Jewish organization.
