The Qatari PM is correct to reject Trump's Gaza resettlement plan: Why should Egypt and Jordan be left to deal with the costs of the war that Qatar funded? There is one country in the Middle East with enough empty homes to house almost all the newly homeless Gazans in luxury: Qatar. How convenient that Hamas and Qatar are such great friends. With just 300,000 citizens, and enough leftover World Cup accommodation alone to house half of Gaza while the cleanup is underway. It wouldn't even cost them a fraction of the $1,000,000 per citizen they spend on the World Cup vanity project.
